MODULE #1
The process begins with you discovering values for you desires. Complete your RMP assessment and begin studying "The Reiss Motivational Profile text.
MODULE #2
Schedule your RMP review with Dr. Wightman, and discussion dates to review your first formative assessment.
MODULE #3
Select three candidates to take the RMP assessment. One should be directly related to either sports, business, or mental wellness coaching.
MODULE #4
Our independent study model challenges you to call upon all resources and training that defines who you are today. The certification process will engage you to work independently and then share your discoveries through live online exchanges with Dr. Wightman and colleagues invited to guest lecture.
MODULE #5
The greatest competitor you will face will be you and the goals you create. At this point you will be scheduling time with Dr. Wightman to examine specific case study examples that relate directly to those people and teams defining your practice.
MODULE #6
As you approach the end of formal certification training you will begin to schedule meetings that review strategies and methods for business development and application of RMP data in business areas you plan to focus on; Sports or Business.
There is approximately 30 hours of instruction. We estimate 30 hours of instruction should be completed in 30 days or less.
Each module is allocated 5 hours on average for completion. You have a maximum of 90 days to complete the certification process.
Independent Study Model
Upon completing the certification process you will have studied approximately 30 hours of research, case study reviews, and scholarly discussions with Dr. Wightman and guest lecture colleagues.
We encourage you to take advantage of access to experts in group and individual discussions to further cement your learning. Most RMP Masters in Training find it powerful to learn from others' approach, style and experiences and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves and others while enrolled in the program.

RMP Master Certification aims to create and maintain a quality training and certification renewal process, respectively. To do this we must ask you to be mindful of the following.
- Minimum of one year experience is required to register.
- Education and training equivalence equal to college level course and experience. Degree completion at under graduate and or master level perferred.
- Industry focus in one of three areas; business, sport performance, and mental wellness coaching.
- Business model outline for how you intend to use the RMP Assessment Profile in your future business plans. Preferred plan references a three year time horizon.
